Additional Information:
The Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be cancelled. Refunds for judge change will be accepted if the exhibitor is present at the show, subject to a $3.00 administration fee collected on each entry. Bitches in season are not permitted to compete in Rally or Obedience Trials. As such, the club will refund the entry fee paid for bitches unable to compete for this reason, minus $3 per trial administration fee collected by UKC on each entry, upon proof from a licensed veterinarian written on their letterhead. This certificate must be presented to the Trial Secretary, or the exhibitor must bring female to be examined using a tissue, no later than 30 minutes before the start of judging on the first day of the trial. There is NO refund if female is entered in Conformation. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms. Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via email and received by the TRIAL SECRETARY BEFORE 6:00 pm, October 28, 2024. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature. While we do our best to accommodate conflicts, Judges are not required to wait for dogs. The Owner of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system, stewards, or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. Dog(s) are to be securely crated anytime the dog is not in the ring. This is for your safety, the safety of others, and your dogs. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create an unnecessary disturbance or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association and its members will assume no responsibilities for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. The Club reserves the right to decline entries for cause and may remove any dog on account of aggression. No one shall have any recourse or claim against the Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association or any official thereof. All dogs must be on leash at all times when on trial grounds except when in the designated warm-up area or competing on the Rally or Obedience rings. Crates may be left overnight; however, the Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association and the Jackson County Agricultural Facility will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items left at the show site. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s). Any exhibitor failing to do so may be excused without benefit of refund if the Event Committee deems the exhibitor to be in violation of this requirement. Cleaning supplies and disposal sites will be available at various locations around the show grounds. Email Entry forms-payment in full by Credit Card, PayPal, or Zelle can be made through the club website. Mail-in entries make check payable to SEAEDA. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Event Secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check.
