CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
• The Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be canceled.
• We will refund PERFORMANCE ENTRY FEES for a female that comes into season and is entered into Obedience, Rally Obedience, or Nosework. Proof from a licensed veterinarian must be submitted or the exhibitor must bring female to the attention of one of the club members so that the female can
be examined by using a tissue. Refunds are subject to a $3.00 administration fee per class entered to a maximum of $20. There is NO refund of Conformation Entry fees for a female in season.
• Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms.
• Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via email and received by the TRIAL SECRETARY BEFORE 6:00 p.m. on the day that entries close.
• Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Event Secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check.
REQUESTS HONORED:
**All requests for a refund must be accompanied by a reason**
• Death in the immediate family.
• Exhibitor is sick (must be accompanied by a doctors note)
• Dog entered is sick (must be accompanied by a veterinarian note.)
• No other request for refund will be honored. All refunds are subjct to administrative fees of $3.00 per class entered to a maximum of $20.00.
